Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation policy:

You need to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing them, as we ship the orders within 12 hours. To cancel the order, you can email us at bekya.shop@gmail.com  or whatsapp us on +91 9611277572 between 9 AM and 5 PM (Monday to Saturday). We would cancel the products from our end. Once the order is cancelled, you will receive a message/email confirming your cancellation. Please note, the orders would not be cancelled post 12 hours of receiving the orders.

Return & Refund Policy:

Please check the specific product's return policy mentioned on the product page to know more. The package should be intact and the product should not be used. In case you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect product, you can email us with an image or video of the product and we will process your return request.

What do I need to do to return a product?
To return the product, check the "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page where you may call our customer care representatives or email us at bekya.shop@gmail.com  or whatsapp us on +91 9611277572. We have a 7-day return policy and it starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our courier partners.

All refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the product at our warehouse, subject to product inspection.
